Teens

"Sometimes teens won't talk to the people they love most. They simply need a place that feels emotionally safe."

Watching your teenager struggle is one of the hardest experiences a parent can face. When anxiety, overwhelm, low confidence, emotional outbursts, or withdrawal begin changing who your child is, it's easy to feel frightened, helpless, and unsure what to do next. NVŌK provides a private four-week immersion designed to help teens rediscover confidence, emotional stability, and hope.

A place where teens finally feel safe enough to be themselves.

Note: I offer a no cost consultative meeting with you and your teen to assure comfort & fit...

As a father of three daughters and three sons, who are now adults, I have experience in navigating the tumultuous task of parenting teens. As crazy as things might get with emotions, drama, schedules, school, and extracurricular activities, I assure there is a way to find harmony and stability during this exciting, fun, and crazy period in your child’s life and in your parenting journey.

The teenage years are some of the most important and special milestones in one’s life. They can also be some of the most challenging. Teenagers are moving through a period of developmental change at warp speed. Life can be confusing, overwhelming, or feel isolating. Likewise, it can be difficult to reconcile established beliefs with those of others (friends and the outside/online world). This bumpy road of forming beliefs and managing new roles can be an emotional rollercoaster for many teens. Parents become just as confused and frustrated looking for relief or solutions with their growing child.

It is normal for adolescents to oscillate between conscious mind patterns (developing their adult brain) while still running well-established subconscious patterns from childhood. This sometimes creates a hectic environment for both parent and teen.

The NVŌK teen immersion offers your child an opportunity to find clarity through learning how their beliefs and emotions drive their perceptions of the world around them. This understanding becomes the bridge to adulthood.
