I work privately with women who are outwardly capable—and quietly carrying more than anyone realizes.

NVŌK was created for those who value discretion, depth, and emotional safety. This is not a public-facing practice. It is a protected container: calm and intentionally small.

My work is clinically grounded and experiential. We focus on the subconscious patterns that keep you over-functioning, guarded, or unable to fully rest—so your nervous system can settle, and you can come home to yourself again.

Approach

You will not be pushed here. The pace of our immersion follows your nervous system, not a timeline.

I do not believe in forcing insight, extracting vulnerability, or rushing catharsis. We move at the pace your system safely integrates. Consent is continuous. Boundaries are clear. The goal is internal steadiness—quiet transformation that endures.

Why it matters

Before I became a clinical hypnotherapist, I spent years in environments where emotional intensity was not theoretical—it was immediate.

As a former frontline officer in public safety I understand how quickly a nervous system can escalate, and how much skill it takes to create calm in the presence of fear, overwhelm, or extreme emotion. That experience shaped the core of NVŌK: a space where you can explore, be understood and process emotions safely.
